Well I did it! I made my first batch of paneer. And i must say, it came out pretty darn good. I followed the instructions over at FXCuisine.com. The instructions were super simple. So here’s a few pictures of the process…

Now if I can just make myself a tandoori oven, I can then master the art of making Naan bread and Tandoori chicken :) If only my parents lived a bit closer. I’m sure Dad could make a tandoori oven that would put others to shame.
