Yesterday I stopped at my local farmers market and got some pumpkin ravioli

and some fresh strawberries.

I’m not a huge strawberry fan but these just looked amazing.  And they tasted amazing!   This is just another reason why I love summer!

We just finished up another group workout and the ladies are doing great.  It’s a lot of fun working with them.  It seems like a fair amount of them are going to be joining me and some of the other Sea Tri Gals for the ride up to Redhook on Saturday.  It looks like that’s going to be a fun ride.
